Orders and samples
What is the minimum order for standard models?
In principle, the MOQ is one full 20-foot container per model. Contact YDPOWER for the unit quantity for each SKU and its packing configuration.
Can I order one sample before a bulk purchase?
Yes. A single-unit sample can be ordered before a bulk purchase. The sample fee is fully refunded once your first bulk order reaches a full 40-foot container load (FCL).
What is the production lead time?
Standard-model production takes 4 weeks. OEM sample production takes 3 weeks. ODM sample and production lead times are negotiated according to the development scope. Shipping time is separate.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Send the model names, quantities, destination country and customization requirements. Include your delivery address if you also need a freight estimate.
Payment and shipping
What deposit is required?
Standard-model orders require a 30% deposit; OEM/ODM orders require a 40% deposit. Confirm the balance-payment milestone in the sales contract.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bulk orders use T/T or L/C. For samples or small payments under US$1,000, PayPal or credit card payment is available. Confirm the method on your quotation.
Do you offer DDP delivery?
Standard shipping terms are FOB or EXW; DDP is not offered. Your nominated freight forwarder can arrange onward transport and destination customs clearance.
How are samples and bulk orders shipped?
Samples are shipped by air or express courier, and bulk orders by sea. The available route, transit time and freight cost depend on the destination and shipment requirements.
Warranty and product documents
What warranty do A, B and W series products have?
A and B series products have an 18-month warranty; W series products have a 24-month warranty. Coverage and claim procedures are specified in your order documents.
Can the warranty be extended?
Warranty extensions are not available for standard models. Extended warranty terms for customized products may be negotiated as part of the project.
Are CE, RoHS and UL certifications available?
CE, RoHS and UL work is in progress according to the current company update. Do not treat these as completed approvals. Request the latest model-specific reports and verify destination-market requirements before ordering.
Can you provide certificates and a Certificate of Origin?
Send the product model and destination country to request the applicable reports and Certificate of Origin options. Check the model scope, issuing entity and validity of each document.
