COOPERATION GUIDE
We welcome OEM and ODM partners for the YDPOWER Mini ESS series. Our cooperation options cover branding an existing product, developing a different specification, and discussing design or sourcing needs beyond our standard range.
For OEM orders, the product materials and structure remain unchanged. You can customize the body color, graphics, logo, text markings and accessories to suit your brand. This lets you build a branded Mini ESS range on an existing product platform.
When your order meets the agreed minimum order quantity, body color, graphics, logo and text marking customization carries no additional charge. Added accessories are charged at cost. Packaging materials, artwork, labeling language and user manuals can also be customized, with costs agreed by both parties according to the order quantity. Packaging dimensions remain unchanged.
OEM sample production takes 3 weeks. The MOQ for a bulk OEM order is determined by the loading capacity of a 20-foot container; the unit quantity depends on the selected model and its packing configuration.
For projects that need changes beyond branding, we can discuss the design and development of interfaces, battery capacity and output power, together with the customization options available under OEM. The scope must stay within the performance limits of the battery cells and battery management system (BMS).
ODM sample lead time, mass-production lead time and pricing are negotiated for the agreed development scope. The MOQ for bulk ODM orders is also based on the loading capacity of a 20-foot container.
For energy storage products above 5kWh or power batteries that we do not manufacture, design or sourcing services can be discussed separately. The cooperation terms are negotiated for the specific project.
Bulk OEM and ODM MOQs are based on the loading capacity of a 20-foot container. Request the exact quantity for your chosen model and packaging; there is no single unit count for every model.
